1. I just bought a course! How long will I have access to it?
- Each course bought is available for 1 year. That way, you’ll have plenty of time to visit and revisit it, get your CEU credits, and gain your knowledge!
2. What internet browsers are ideal for using ImagingU?
We recommend Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. We do not recommend viewing the page with Internet Explorer, but if that’s all you have, the site should still function properly!
3. Can I use ImagingU as a place to host my Radiology educational content?
Yes, you can! We’re constantly looking for qualified partners to help us make ImagingU better across other modalities. Just submit your content to us and our review board will get back to you!
4. I am interested in using ImagingU as a way to educate my staff. Do you offer group pricing?
Yes we do! Please contact us within the “support” tab and fill out a “new support request” form and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours. Please be sure to include which course you would like and how many licenses that you would require to ensure that we get back to you with an accurate quote.
5. How can I be sure that the information on ImagingU is accurate?
We take the accuracy of our educational information very seriously. That is why we have a group of Radiologists, Ph.D Physicists, Ph.D Educators, Engineers, and Technologists that serve on our review board. Should there ever be a slide that you feel is inaccurate, please report the slide to us directly and we take your feedback into account.
6. Is there a money back guarantee that I'll pass?
Of course. As long as you are taking one of our registry review courses with a test bank, we guarantee that you will excel in your boards!
7. I am trying to purchase a course or apply a discount code and nothing is happening. Am I doing something incorrectly?
You have to have already created an account at ImagingU prior to purchasing a course. If you have already done that, are you signed in?
8. Why can't I see which questions I got incorrect within the module quizzes??
Unfortunately, we cannot give those answers out, since they would compromise our accreditation. Sorry!
9. Who accredits the content within ImagingU?
Our friends at the AHRA do that for us here in the United States. They’re really nice.
10. Will I receive a hard copy of my course?
ImagingU is completely online. We do not produce hard copies for distribution for any of our courses.
